This page explains how to request deletion of data held by Arithma Digital LLC (“Arithma Digital”, “we”, “us”), a software development and IT consulting company. It covers our Meta Marketing API application (“the App”) and our website, arithma-digital.com.
The App, operated by Arithma Digital LLC, is an internal tool that processes our own business advertising data, and that of business assets we own or are authorized to manage, through the Meta Marketing API. It is used only by authorized Arithma Digital team members, has no consumer-facing sign-up or login, and does not build profiles of individuals.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of data the App holds about a business, or to have Meta access tokens and credentials revoked:
- Send a request to contact@arithma-digital.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, stating the business or individual concerned, the Meta account or asset IDs involved (if known), and the data you want deleted.
- We will revoke the relevant access tokens and delete the associated stored data within 30 days, unless we are required by applicable law to retain it.
You can also revoke this App’s access at any time directly from Meta Business Settings → Business assets / System Users, which stops the App from accessing those business assets going forward. To have data already stored by the App deleted, follow the steps above.
