Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Arithma Digital LLC ("Arithma Digital", "we", "us") is a software development and IT consulting company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. This policy explains how we handle data in connection with our Meta Marketing API application ("the App") and our website, arithma-digital.com.

The App is an internal tool operated by Arithma Digital LLC to create, manage and measure advertising for our own business through the Meta Marketing API. The App is used solely by our authorized team members.

2. Information we access

The App connects to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) using access tokens generated for our own Business Manager. Through these tokens the App accesses:

• Advertising account data (ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives) belonging to our own business;
• Advertising performance and insights data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions);
• Business assets we own or are authorized to manage (Pages, pixels, datasets, custom audiences).

3. Our website (arithma-digital.com)

Separately from the App, our website processes limited information as follows:

• Contact form: if you contact us through the form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. Submissions are transmitted over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections and delivered by email to contact@arithma-digital.com. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Meta Pixel: the website uses the Meta Pixel, which sends page-view and content-view events (PageView and ViewContent) to Meta Platforms and sets Meta's first-party _fbp cookie in your browser. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages you view, and processes it under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: the website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page is loaded.

We do not use any other analytics or tracking tools on the website. You can block or delete the _fbp cookie through your browser's cookie settings, prevent the Meta Pixel from loading with a content or ad blocker, and manage how Meta uses data for advertising in your Meta ad preferences. We do not sell personal data.

4. How we use it

Data accessed through the App is used only to create, manage and measure advertising for our own business and for business assets we own or are authorized to manage: building and editing campaigns, uploading creatives, and reading performance data for reporting. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising to third parties.

Website data is used as described in Section 3: contact form data to respond to your inquiry, and Meta Pixel events to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

5. Data sharing

Data accessed through the App flows only between our systems and Meta's official APIs. We do not transfer accessed data to any unrelated third party. Infrastructure providers that host our systems process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Website data is shared only as described in Section 3.

6. Storage & security

Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted at rest, restricted to our servers, and never exposed to end users. Data is kept on infrastructure we control, protected by access controls and network restrictions.

7. Retention

Advertising and performance data is retained only as long as needed for campaign management and reporting, then removed or aggregated. Access tokens are revoked when no longer needed. Contact form messages are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide any services you have requested, or as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights & data deletion

Because the App processes our own business advertising data (not third-party personal data), data-subject requests relating to the App are limited. To request access to or deletion of data held about our business, or to have credentials revoked, contact us using the details below. We will complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless we are required by applicable law to retain the data. See also our Data Deletion Instructions. Meta account data can also be managed directly in Meta Business Settings.

If you have contacted us or visited our website, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Data collected by the Meta Pixel is held by Meta Platforms and is governed by Meta's privacy policy; you can manage it through your Meta account settings and ad preferences, and by clearing the _fbp cookie in your browser. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
